2. The installation and disassembly of external elevators for construction must be undertaken by a professional team that has obtained the disassembly and assembly qualification certificate issued by the construction administrative department, and must be operated and maintained by professionals who have received professional training and obtained an operation certificate.

3. Stable protective railings must be installed within 2.5M around the elevator bottom cage, the bridges and transportation passages of each parking floor should be level and firm, and the entrance and exit railings should be safe and reliable.

4. When the elevator runs for the first time in each shift, it should be tested with no load and full load. The elevator cage should be raised about 1M off the ground to stop, check the flexibility of the brake, and then put it into operation after confirming that it is normal. b. There should be no deformation or corrosion on the structural surface of the elevator standard section and cage (ladder cage) as a whole; the standard section connecting bolts should not be loose or lack of bolts.

c. The power part should work smoothly and without abnormal noise, and the gear box should have no oil leakage.

d. There should be no deformation of each part of the structure, no loosening of connecting bolts, no open (off) welding phenomenon of joints, good fixing and lubrication of steel wire ropes, no obstacles in the operating range, accurate assembly, and solid attachment walls that meet the design requirements. The discharge platform (passage opening) is flat, the safety door is complete, and both sides are well protected.

e. There is no broken wire or excessive wear of the wire rope at all parts, and the clamps and rigging are fully tightened to meet the requirements.

f. Gears, racks, guide rails, guide rollers and all lubrication points are kept well lubricated.

g. The safety brake must be used within the validity period, and it must be replaced in time after the date on the mark (no mark should be recorded and filed). Elevator brakes should be adjusted to a moderate degree of tightness. Too loose cages will cause slippage when they stop under load, and too tight will accelerate the wear of brake pads.

h. There are no obstacles in the elevator's up and down travel, and the ultra-high limit is sensitive and reliable. The steel wire netting around the cage is not allowed to be surrounded by a board to block the wind, especially in winter. The use of a plate to shield the wind will increase the shaking of the car, which is not good for the elevator.

12. When leaving the operation room, the ladder cage door should be locked, and the switch should be powered off.

13. Keep records on duty, report problems in time and find out the reasons if problems are found, and do not use them with illness.
