(2) The inspection and evaluation assurance items of the construction lift shall include: safety devices, limit devices, protective facilities, wall brackets, wire ropes, pulleys and counterweights, installation and disassembly, acceptance and use. General items should include: rail frame, foundation, electrical safety, communication device.

(3) The inspection and evaluation of construction hoist guarantee items shall meet the following requirements:

1. Safety device:

The lifting weight limiter should be installed, and it should be sensitive and reliable; the progressive anti-fall safety device should be installed and should be sensitive and reliable, and should be used within the effective standard period; the anti-loosing device should be installed on the heavy steel wire rope, and it should be sensitive and reliable; The cage control device should be equipped with a non-auto-reset emergency stop switch, which can cut off the control circuit to stop the operation of the cage at any time; the chassis should be equipped with a cage and a counterweight buffer, and the buffer should meet the requirements of the specification; SC (rack Gear drive) type construction hoist should be installed with more than one pair of safety hooks.

2. Limiting device:

The non-automatic reset type limit switch should be installed and should be sensitive and reliable; the automatic reset type upper and lower limit switch should be installed and should be sensitive and reliable. The installation position of the upper and lower limit switch should meet the requirements of the specification; between the upper limit switch and the upper limit switch The safe overtravel should not be less than 0.15m; the limit switch and limit switch should be equipped with independent trigger elements; the cage door should be equipped with electromechanical interlocking device and should be sensitive and reliable; the ceiling window of the cage should be equipped with an electrical safety switch and should be sensitive and reliable.

3. Protective facilities:

Ground protective fences should be installed around the hanging cages and counterweight lifting channels. The installation height and strength of the protective fences should meet the requirements of the specifications. The fence doors should be equipped with electromechanical interlocking devices and be sensitive and reliable; the installation of the ground access channel protection sheds should meet the requirements of the specifications ；

Both sides of the parking platform shall be provided with protective railings and toe boards, and the platform scaffold shall be paved and leveled; the installation height and strength of the landing door shall meet the requirements of the specification and shall be finalized.
