Installation instructions for elevator protective doors:

1. The elevator protective door adopts a push-pull protective door, and the protective door protection warning paint should be painted on the protective door.

2. The protective door is protected by a steel gate. The size of the door is: width×length=1500mm×1800mm.

3. The door frame and the elevator platform frame are firmly welded, using electric welding, and the weld length of the welded part is not less than 14 cm.

4. There is a horizontal steel pipe above the protective door, the steel pipe is not more than 1.8 meters from the platform ground, and the steel pipe strength is not less than 1.5 meters.

5. Two bolt shaft holes need to be welded on the side of the protective door, usually Φ20 round pipe parts are used.

6. Use Φ12 steel bars and use a steel bar bending machine to process the door shaft. The length of the bent part must be greater than 14cm, and it is welded to the corresponding position of the platform scaffold steel pipe pole. The bent part at one end is fully welded to the steel pipe pole, and the other end is used as a door shaft.

7. In the process of welding the door shaft, the position of the door shaft should be laid out in advance, and the welding can be carried out after the inspection is correct. Pay attention to the construction safety during the welding process.

8. The elevator transportation should be stopped when installing the protective door.
