In order to reduce the pressure of the rollers, and at the same time to ensure that the aluminum alloy elevator guardrail has a certain protection height, the interval between the upper and lower guide rollers is set to the maximum value within the structure range, so that the material flat car has a certain guide height and the wheels are stressed. Fair and stable operation. The material flat car is equipped with upper and lower side rollers, which can prevent the material flat car from running unsteadily due to the difference in material placement.
